Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing the Oxygen Powered Air Freshener. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please read the following policy carefully before making a return request.

1. Return Period

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the delivery date.

2. Eligibility for Return

• Returns are accepted only for the device.
• Fragrance cartridges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• The device must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in good condition.
• Any damage, missing parts, or signs of misuse may result in the return being refused.

3. Refund Policy

• A refund of 50% of the device price will be issued upon approval of the return.
• Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

4. Shipping & Return Costs

• Initial delivery is free for all orders over 150AED .
• In case of a return, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
• Additionally, the original delivery cost (which was free during purchase) will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. You will receive instructions on how to send the product back.
